Which beauty products do you swear by?
The Dr Hauschka organic skincare range, particularly the Rose Day Cream and Cleansing Milk. They are daily essentials.
What are your essential cosmetics?
I use L’Oréal Paris Telescopic Mascara in black. Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser is great for the days I’m heading to the gym or running errands, and Pro Longwear Foundation by MAC is essential for a night out.
What’s your top beauty tip?
Eat healthily, drink water and exercise regularly. My fiancé, Alex Partakis, and I tend to cook everything from scratch and avoid processed food.
Do you diet?
I tend to watch what I eat. I’m doing Dry January – I feel much healthier and my skin looks better, too. Someone told me a glass of wine had the equivalent calories of a doughnut.
How do you stay fit?
I work out with a trainer at the gym three times a week. I’m getting married this year and want to drop some weight for the wedding, so I’m mixing things up with a boxing class, weight-bearing interval training and twice-weekly runs.
Is there any part of your body you’d change?
I’m only 5ft 2in, so I’d love to have longer legs. When I go out for the evening, I wear heels.
Would you ever consider cosmetic surgery?
Not at the moment, but maybe I’ll feel like doing something after I’ve had kids. You can never say never because you just don’t know.
Do you have a style icon?
Dita Von Teese always looks very glamorous. I love her old-school look.
Do you have a favourite item of clothing?
Alex bought me a Chanel bag one Christmas. It’s about the size of a clutch bag and is a gorgeous midnight blue colour.
What’s the most you’ve ever spent on one item of clothing?
My wedding dress. As soon as I saw myself in the mirror, I burst into tears. I knew I’d be marrying Alex in it.
How would you describe your style?
Quite girly and feminine, although on a daily basis you’ll find me in jeans or gym clothes. I like Zara and French fashion label, Maje.
Have you had any fashion disasters?
I had hundreds in the Sugababes, but the one that stands out is how I looked in the Stronger video. I had an Afro hairstyle, which took about five hours to achieve. It looked great until they filmed it. The lighting they used made it look like my head was on fire. I cried when I saw the video!
